About Laura Kirar

Laura Kirar is the founder & creative director of Laura Kirar Design (LKD). She is an internationally renowned interior & product designer as well as a sculptor, a design industry connector and a creative experience producer. It is her mission to foster artistic exploration, to inspire others by inventing platforms for spatial collaboration that merge the work of LKD with new talents, artisanal craft, and authentic design.

Vir Stil

Vir Stil is a collection of Bauhaus-inspired modern classics designed by acclaimed artist and designer Laura Kirar. Drawing upon influences ranging from the early work of architect Eileen Gray to Art Deco door hardware to Japanese craft techniques, Kirar sought to celebrate authenticity in its purest form. Throughout the collection, luxurious materials and rich finishes are further elevated by details like vertical fluting and stepped accents, expressing an elegance that pleases the hand as well as the eye.
