Order Status and Tracking

Learn about KALLISTA's Customer Interaction Center (KCIC) where customers are able to access orders, tracking, invoicing, check pricing and enter orders. Log in or request an account to get started.

  1. Place Your Order and Check Status

    This is available for customers with KALLISTA accounts. To place an order or check the status of your order, you must be a registered user.

    Log in to access the following:

    - Place an Order Direct (available for US customers only)
    - View Orders and Shipments with Tracking
    - Access to Quotes and Invoices

  2. Track Your Order

    Click the link above to track your order and then follow the steps.

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Click on My Work Center (upper left corner).
    3. Click on the KALLISTA box (if it doesn't take you directly in).
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter an order, check order status or track shipping.

    Once your order has been placed, a sales order number is provided. When the order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a number to track the order on the carrier's website. With this number, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.

    Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the carrier's sites.
