Kallista, a leading provider of luxury plumbing products, launched the TurnSpray body spray collection at the 2009 Kitchen/Bath Industry Show in Atlanta.  The new line effectively supports most of Kallista’s current product lines with two discriminating designs to individually address contemporary and traditional spaces, and built to impress with best-in-class construction and innovative engineering.
“To remain competitive in the marketplace, Kallista is committed to offering complete bathroom solutions and continually researching ways to improve on product performance, versatility, and functionality,” explained Chris Baldwin, general manager, Kallista.  “TurnSpray brings to Kallista the best of both worlds – core pieces that adapt to myriad surrounding and collections and unique design and technological advantage that set it apart from the mainstream.”

New to the industry is an innovative internal volume control allowing easy and complete shut-off without requiring a separate volume control valve between the thermostatic system and body spray.  “The TurnSpray gives Kallista an opportunity to showcase its engineering advantage resulting from leveraging Kohler Co. technology,” continued Baldwin.  “The volume control is integrated within the body spray and can be shut off with a simple 90 degree hand rotation, thus eliminating an on/off handle.  From an aesthetic point of view, this provides a simple, eye-pleasing installation.  By design, TurnSpray streamlines and saves on installation costs, creates a visually clean, uncluttered space, and offers Kallista clientele a superior, uncomplicated design that supports residential or commercial installations.”

TurnSpray is constructed from solid brass, including the faceplates, and meets the industry standard of 2.5 gallon per minute flow rate.  The body sprays are fitted with rubber nozzles to resist mineral build-up for easy cleaning.

TurnSpray is currently available in Chrome, Nickel Silver, and Brushed Nickel.  Kallista has plans to broaden the finish range later in 2009 to include Gunmetal, Antique Bronze, Bronze, Antique Silver, and Black Nickel.

Kallista is known for its designs of luxury plumbing products, offering faucets and fixtures thoughtfully created for tasteful, whole-bath solutions.  Kallista is available in fine showrooms in major cities throughout the world.  Kallista is part of the Kohler Interiors Group family of brands, which includes Ann Sacks Tile and Stone, Inc., Baker Knapp & Tubbs, Inc., Baker Knapp & Tubbs Showrooms and Baker Stores, McGuire Furniture Company, and Mark David hospitality designs.

Founded in 1873 and headquartered in Kohler, Wis., Kohler Co. is one of America’s oldest and largest privately held companies.  Kohler is a global leader in the manufacturer of kitchen and bath products, engines and power generation systems, cabinetry, tile and home interiors, and international host to award-winning hospitality and world-class golf destinations.
