Kallista, a leading provider of luxury plumbing products, creates a Quincy kitchen collection that includes new faucets and accessories at the 2009 Kitchen/Bath Industry Show in Atlanta.  Inspired by the transitional Quincy pot filler introduced in 2007 the line now boasts pull-down and deck-mounted bridge kitchen faucets, an entertainment faucet, a side spray, and a lotion/soap dispenser.

The new Quincy pull-down faucet incorporates the high standards of performance required by Kallista and offers patented Kohler technology inside.  Other features include a braided nylon hose for smooth, tangle-free operation and a spray face nozzle that resists mineral build-up for effortless cleaning.

Joining the pull-down and smaller scaled entertainment faucets is a deck-mounted bridge faucet.  The bridge spans the hot and cold water inlets in an unbroken connection.  Where other bridge style faucets typically incorporate a third leg located below the faucet spout to divert the water to the handspray, the Quincy bridge kitchen faucet has an innovative internal diverter and second water way eliminates the need for a standard third leg in its design and can be installed with a sidespray, if desired.

Unlike conventional single control kitchen faucets, the deck-mounted Quincy kitchen faucet handle and bonnet have been designed and engineered to completely cover the internal valving for a streamlined appearance.  The remote valve allows the user to mount the faucet control in a preferred location.  The pull-down spray head is a sleek, understated form that is ergonomically designed to feel comfortable in the hand.

Kallista utilizes the finest valves in all its faucets to ensure years of maintenance-free use.  Featuring diamond-hard, ceramic discs instead of conventional seat washers assure that the installation will be leak-free even in the hardest water conditions.

An optional sidespray is available on the deck-mounted bridge faucet.  It features flexible connections and quick-connect fittings for easy installation, with a greater thread to allow the sprayhead to accommodate up to a 2-1/2” countertop thickness.  The brass sprayface nozzle resists mineral build-up and a non-metallic hose and ball joint for quiet, light operation.  The sidespray securely snaps back into the escutcheon when not in use.

Kallista is known for its designs of luxury plumbing products, offering faucets and fixtures thoughtfully created for tasteful, whole-bath solutions.  Kallista is available in fine showrooms in major cities throughout the world.  Kallista is part of the Kohler Interiors Group family of brands, which includes Ann Sacks Tile and Stone, Inc., Baker Knapp & Tubbs, Inc., Baker Knapp & Tubbs Showrooms and Baker Stores, McGuire Furniture Company, and Mark David hospitality designs.
